AMMA

AMMA was established in 2007 by a private Russian investor through the
recruitment of the management team of IKEA/MEGA Property Russia.

The team has an enormous experience of international property development during more than 30 years. The team members have been active in the Middle East, Turkey, Spain, Sweden, Central and Eastern Europe as board members and top managers of companies, such as ABV ROCK GROUP, SKANSKA and IKEA.

During the property crisis in the early 1990s, the team members actively took part in the restructuring of property companies.

Combined experience in real estate development of the team – 150 years
