DEVELOPING A SHOPPING AND ENTERTAINMENT CENTER IN THE MOSCOW REGION

Amma development is developing the shopping and entertainment center Reutov Park in the Moscow Region. AMMA is managing the whole process including concept design, engineering, Stage P, construction, leasing, legal activities and financing. When Reutov Park is opened, AMMA is also responsible for the operation of the shopping center.

With Reutov Park AMMA will build a regional shopping center that will be located in Reutov. Reutov Park’s total catchment area includes about 690.000 people. 200.000 of thus will come from primary catchment zone (5 min.) for its everyday shopping and services.

When the development is completed Reutov Park will provide with about different 140 different retailers such as a hypermarket, fashion stores, sport shops, restaurants, food court, cinema and bowling.

The size of Reutov Park Shopping Center is ~ 89.000 m2 GBA and contains of 1 underground parking level and three floors of retail.
